We're sorry to hear that you're not receiving your daily comics email, which could be the result of a few different things.
The daily email is sent only to current Premium members, so we'll need you make sure that your Premium benefits haven't expired.
*The daily email is for Premium members only. Free memberships do not receive this benefit.
To check the status of your membership, log in to your GoComics account and navigate to the "My Account" page. Next, scroll down to "Subscriptions" to check the current status of your membership.
*If your membership is expired, you may renew in this same area.
If your membership is current, the next thing to check will be your comics email settings. To do this, select "My Comics" and then click on one of your lists of Followed comics (if you have more than one).
Next, check that email delivery is enabled for your selected comics list. To check this, click on "Edit Page."
If the second option from bottom reads "Email this page to me daily," it means that the list is NOT currently being sent, in which case you may turn it "On" by clicking on "Email this page to me daily."
If the second option from the bottom reads "Turn off daily email delivery of this page," it means that our system is set to email this particular list, or in effect, is set to "On."
If your list is set to "Turn off email delivery of this page," but you're not receiving the email in your inbox, the next thing to check is your email program's settings.
Log in to your email account and check your bulk mail and spam filters (if using Gmail, be sure to check all of your email routing tabs). If you don't find your emails that way, check any blocked emails list that your provider might have within your email settings, and make sure that firstname.lastname@example.org has not been inadvertently added. Please add this address to your email Address Book or Safe Senders list.
If, after adding email@example.com to your Safe Senders list, the comics email still doesn't arrive on the following day, you'll need to contact your email provider and request the delivery location of emails being sent by "firstname.lastname@example.org." The information they provide will either aid you in discovering the location of your emails or will provide an error code that will aid our developers in resolving the issue.
