We're so sorry to see you go, but we understand that there can be a variety of reasons why you might need to take a break. However, if something just isn't working and you're feeling frustrated, please give us the opportunity to try to help you before you go. Shoot us an email and let us know what's going on, and if we're NOT able to help you fix it, we'll also be able to help you cancel your membership.
If nothing is wrong but you're just ready to go, you can set your premium membership to cancel at any time by doing the following:
Log in to your account and select "My Account"
Next, scroll down to the Subscription area and select "Turn Off Auto-Pay"
This means that your account will expire at the end of the current paid period.

Please be advised that if auto-renewal is turned off during a 30-day Free Trial period, or prior to receiving a receipt (showing the amount you were charged for renewal), your premium membership will be terminated immediately. If you have questions about when to terminate renewal so as to prevent future billing, please contact us.
